A 60 min non-aerobic class consisting of a series of exercises performed on the mat using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of the body. Helps improve core strength, posture, balance, flexibility & coordination. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
